The rules are simple
Every PT session you need to perform either
- 100 squats
- 50 push-ups
- 30 burpees
- 20 pull-ups
- 5 minutes of planks
At the end of 10 weeks you will win a credit worth
$100 on our 1x session per week plan
$150 on our 2x session per week plan
$200 on our 3x session per week plan
$75 on our student plan.
Don’t worry, if you are still working up your peak fitness your trainer will modify the exercise to the best of your ability level so you can still have fun, work a little bit harder and enjoy the cash back on future sessions.
